Ode to a Towel Hung on a Wall:Also known as I hate the Zone system

I've spent many an hour with this towel lately.

8 hours straight last night

countless hours before that.

Needless to say, we haven't developed the best relationship

Maybe we moved too fast

Or maybe we didn't make enough time for ourselves

But we've both gone our separate ways

I told him I needed "space"

I'll be honest, he will NOT be missed

So goodbye towel, and may we never meet again.
Note: If you'd like to know more about the zone system, Ansel Adam's demon he left for countless photography students to conquer, or if you'd just like to be put to sleep as I try to explain it to you, feel free to call me. If not go HERE but I can guarantee you won't be there long.

Here's what I do in College

Hey All!

I thought you might like to see where all that money that I've giving to Utah State University is going...

First:Wire Sculptures
Next: Hard Liquor!

Just kidding.

This was a group project in my 3D design class that was experimenting with light and display.
Yes there are martini glasses,
no they are not filled with any kind of alcohol, I promise.

The pictures are kind of cool though right?

Hope you're classes are almost as cool as mine!

Have a lovely week

PS. These shoes are my newest obsession. Converse all the way baby! Just another step on my way to become a legit artist/wannabe indie rock chick... and they're ridiculously comfy too!

New Obsession

Wow, it's been a while since I last blogged! My apologies to all of my die-hard readers. On my honor I'll do better! I'm afraid this post isn't going to be about what's new in my life though. I just wanted to share with all of you some of the most beautiful photographs I've ever seen, by my new favorite photographer, Nick Brandt. Check him out HERE. I'm not even really sure what to say, the photographs speak for themselves, and I've never been so inspired by someone else's work. Someday, I hope I can produce incredible pieces like this. Check em out below..

Amazing? I think YES! Check back here in a few years and this will be MY stuff!

Someday... Someday.. .

XOXO
